Meet the Coaches
Head Coach
Coach Tony Voyles was a highly decorated player. He achieved All-American status at Auburn University-Montgomery and went on to play professionally in the Icelandic 1st Division (HK) and with the Wilmington Hammerheads of the United Soccer League. Tony has coached with Tallahassee Soccer Club (Semi-Pro), Thomas University (NAIA), United Football Academy (UFA South GA), and numerous South GA high schools. He currently teaches at Thomas County Schools where he also serves as the Boys and Girls varsity coach. Coach Voyles holds a USSF ‘A’ License and has been coaching for 25 years. He is Married to Bonny and has two children Noah and Mikayla.
Assistant Coach
Coach Horacio Perez has coached every level from recreational, middle school, high school and college (TBC). He is a Liberty University Graduate and Hamilton County Graduate. Coach Perez has been the Head Coach for 15 years at Hamilton County for the Boys Varsity Soccer team; where they were 2020 FL State Playoffs Quarter finalists. He has also been the Head Coach for 3 years for the State of Florida FACA All Star Boys Team (North). Coach Perez has helped to send multiple Hamilton County seniors selected to play college soccer to Muhlenberg College, Trinity Baptist College, Truett McConnell University, Colorado Christian University and other colleges and universities. In addition, he coached the 2023 Lowndes Summer Cup 6v6 Champion team and the 2022 Valdosta 6v6 Winter Invitational Champion team.
Goalkeepers Coach
Coach Drew Weise has coached every level of soccer from recreation to high school and club. He has over 20 years of coaching experience and over 5 years of referee experience. Coach Weise has the following licenses: USSF Goal Keeping Level 1 and 2 & USSF National Youth D, E, F, and G Certifications. From coach, “I have been directly exposed to soccer from the U6 level up in HS, Club, College and USMNPT in the US, Canada, South America and Europe. I’ve been retired from coaching soccer for several years and eager to reengage again in “The Beautiful Game”!” He is married to Shelly Weise.
